Fractional Laser Resurfacing

Fraxel is the common name for the device that delivers the technology known as "fractional resurfacing". Standard CO2 or Erbium laser resurfacing is known to be highly effective in removing wrinkles and sun damage, however, the downtime can be prohibitive for many patients. Fraxel is attractive alternative to both men and women who wish to improve the appearance wrinkles, acne scarring, hyperpigmentation and sun damage, yet continue their work and routine daily activities. In most patients, Fraxel can achieve 20-40% of the results of standard laser resurfacing with minimal downtime.
